Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, raw honey, almond extract and cinnamon to saucepan.
Over low heat, stir mixture until well incorporated and sort of runny.
Stir in flax meal and chia seeds
Take off the burner and stir in oats, coconut and toast chopped almonds.
Press dough into bread pan prepared with parchment paper
Sprinkle a bit of the reserved toasted almonds on top, pressing them into the top of the dough
Melt carob chips in a small dish in oven or microwave
Drizzle chocolate over energy bars.
Place the pan of granola bars into the fridge for 1/2 hours or more to firm up
Once firm, lift out of the pan with parchment paper and cut into 8 slices.
