Ingredients

mixed berries or cut fruit
(blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

yellow bell pepper
chopped
1/3 to 1/2
red onion
diced

jalapeno pepper
seeded and diced
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 to 1/2
tsp
pink Himilayan salt

tbsp
avocado or olive oil
1
tbsp
white balsamic vinegar
1
tbsp
raw honey
1/4
cup
cilantro
chopped

roma tomatoes
(optional - for more traditional salsa taste)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and toss gently.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or spread over baked or barbequed salmon or chicken.
